Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Recognizeevaluation Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide a matter on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
